For people who build.
You have probably been contacted by a recruiter this week, quite possibly about a role that had nothing to do with your work. We are trying to be the opposite of that experience.
We don't collect CVs.
A CV tells someone where you have been. It rarely tells them what you built, what you solved, or what you are capable of next. Most hiring decisions are made on the first and justified with the second.
So we look at the work behind the profile: the credentials, the problems you have actually solved, and the context you solved them in. A system rebuilt under load at a forty-person company is not the same achievement as the same words on a five-thousand-person org chart, and it should not be read as though it were.
That takes a conversation, not a form. It is also why we come back to people years later — because we understood the work the first time.

What to expect
Four commitments.
We contact you about one role.
Not a pipeline.
If it is not relevant, tell us once and we will record it. We would rather have a useful conversation in two years than an ignored message every month.
You get the whole picture.
The company, the team, the problem, the compensation, the risk.
You will know who the company is in the first conversation. Anonymous roles waste everyone's time and usually mean the recruiter does not have the relationship. If the role involves a global team, you will know how that actually works day to day before you decide.
Your name stays with you.
Nothing moves without your explicit agreement.
Your details are never forwarded to a company, referenced, or circulated to build our own credibility. Confidentiality is the whole basis of the relationship, particularly when you are happy where you are.
You get a straight answer.
Including when it is no.
If a process is not going forward, you will hear it from us with the reason, quickly. Silence after an interview is a choice, and it is a poor one.
Introduce yourself
There is no portal and no CV upload. Write to us at hello@ozvior.com and tell us what you are working on, what you have built that you are proud of, and what would have to be true for you to move.
A few paragraphs is plenty. Send a link to the work if there is one to send — a repository, a paper, a product, a team you built.
We read everything. We reply to what we can genuinely act on, and we say so honestly when your work sits outside the searches we take.
